A-PRF™ procedure step by step

  • Before the surgical procedure, a small amount of blood from patient's vein is taken into a sterile test tubes. Tubes of blood are placed into a special centrifuge and centrifuged for 12 min. During this period, the blood cells are separated into individual components.

In the middle of tube - concentration of white blood cells and platelets. This is a PRF - platelet enriched fibrin - thin jelly film, also called biomembrane. Biomembranes are removed from the tube and placed into a sterile container.
